PW Celebrate 20 Years of Purpose with luncheon
Gladden UP will recognize the ministry of the Presbyterian Women during morning worship on Sunday, April 20. Charlesetta McKinney, former moderator of the PW, will deliver the morning message. PW officers will be installed and newly purchased pew cushions will be dedicated to the ministry of the gospel. Following the service, Gladden PW will host a "birthday" luncheon. You’ll be invited to share your meal with others in the congregation who celebrate their birthdays in your birthday month. There is no cost and the event is open to the public.

Flea Market Donations Needed
Gladden UP needs donations for its annual Flea Market for Missions. Donations may be left at the church at your convenience or you may arrange for pickup by calling 412-221-5594. Items must be in clean and working condition. Clothing is welcome if current style. Charitable contributions may be claimed if you request a receipt for your donations. The church is located at 755 Millers Run Road (South Fayette Twp) near the Farmers’ Night Market. Our church currently supports mission work in Chiapas, Mexico and Malawi, Africa. Now is the time to let your cast-offs bring much needed medical care and schooling to these two regions.
The flea market will be held Friday, March 7 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, March 8 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday all items will be half-price. Plan to shop for bargains on household treasures, office bargains and clothing. You never know what you might find. A homemade soup luncheon will be served on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Quart containers of soup will also be available for sale.
